In the light of basic principles of labor law, we help our clients regarding drafting service contracts, confidentiality agreements, non-competition contracts and success bonus contracts, providing consultancy services in recruitment and dismissal of employees, representation in employee claims and reemployment cases, preparation of company regulations, informing employees and employers about unfair termination, fulfilling pre-trial settlement procedures after the termination of employment contracts, and handling cases in case of disagreement. We support foreign employees and their family members regarding obtaining work permits and residence permits.
