In accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, we carry out portfolio compensation cases arising from these relationships.

We prepare contracts in which exclusivity, order and delivery procedures between the parties, payment plan, intellectual rights, reporting, obtaining relevant licenses, liability arising from the product and important issues including but not limited to these within the scope of provider contracts and manufacturing agreements.
Sales Processes
We provide legal services for further issues such as product warranty, price labeling, introduction and user guide, after-sales services. In this context, we are preparing legislation and due diligence reports to legislative scrutiny in order to determine the standards of the Republic of Turkey and the restrictions on the products to be sold.
Marketing Processes
We control the legal compliance of online and offline advertising and marketing activities and prepare advertising contracts to be signed with consultancy companies to receive services in this context.
